Online support available throughout 2026

-
Online disability fitness consultation
-
Remote programme planning and wellbeing support (appointment only)

ONLINE PRESENCE & MEMBERSHIPS (2026)
All Vikingur website emails and online platforms will remain active throughout 2026. All Giving Body Memberships will continue as normal. This is not a closure — it is a year to reflect, rebuild, and re-engage, so that Vikingur returns in 2027 with even stronger structure, greater impact, and more customised support.
RETURNING JANUARY 2027 – STRONGER, MORE FOCUSED, MORE CUSTOM
This break in delivery allows Vikingur to return stronger, with a more specialised and customised approach.
From January 2027, Vikingur will offer:
-
Disability-specific sessions targeted to certain disabilities and individual needs
-
Custom fitness, rehabilitation and recovery plans
-
The ongoing life-changing MBS (Mind, Body & Soul) Fitness System
-
Launch of the Disability Defence System (currently being written and tested throughout 2026)
-
Launch of the Confidence Builder System, supporting resilience, emotional regulation, confidence and personal development
This period of development and testing allows Vikingur to deliver a more focused, evidence-led and personalised service on return.
WHY THIS PAUSE MATTERS
This period also includes essential personal reflection and recovery. As a disabled practitioner myself, I need time to reconnect with my own health, my purpose, and the deeper “Mind, Body & Soul” foundation that Vikingur is built on.
Sometimes what we think is safe for us is the very thing that slowly destroys us. This pause is about stepping back from survival mode, rebuilding properly, and returning with clearer structure, stronger boundaries, and a more effective system of support.
True growth needs rest — physically, mentally, and spiritually. Calm is often found only after we’ve travelled through chaos.
Being true to yourself and your mission is above all else — above anything sent to break you. Slow down. Rebuild. Re-engage.
This is not a step away from the mission — it is a step toward returning stronger, clearer, and better equipped to continue helping others living with disability, trauma, and long-term health challenges.
I will also use this time to apply for funding and investment into the CIC, so that when sessions return, Vikingur can deliver low-cost volunteer-led community programmes with maximum benefit and minimal cost to participants and families.
In order for me to offer the best of myself to others, I must first protect my own focus, health, and wellbeing. Healing others starts with continuing to heal yourself. When you choose to do good, you will sometimes be challenged by those who don’t understand it — but that is never a reason to stop. It is a reason to become stronger, wiser, and more grounded in your purpose.
Peace, Love & Light.
May this year bring you closer to who you truly are, and may your journey stay focused, strong, and positive.
